Hello, I’m Kate.

Interiors by Kate is my boutique design business offering comprehensive residential interior and decorating services.

I’m a Melbourne-based interior designer with more than 10 years of experience working in both the residential and commercial design industry after completing a Bachelor of Design and a Diploma in Interior Design. I am now based on the Mornington Peninsula with my husband, two boys, and two Weimaraners, so I appreciate that a home must be practical as well as beautiful!

My design philosophy is based on enhancing a project’s architecture and environment while fusing enduring materials and quality craftsmanship to develop unique spaces to suit people’s lifestyles.

The time I spend understanding the client and my reliable network of suppliers, builders, and joiners are key to the success of my projects.
